digitalfarm is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across various platforms. Key tasks and responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop and build social media and digital technical proposals for RFPs
- Build social media and digital strategies for existing clients as well as special projects
- Brainstorm and implement campaign concepts and special projects (short term)
- Work closely with the social media, content creator and design teams to brainstorm and create social media and digital content samples
- Create presentations for proposals and campaigns in line with digitalfarm/ client branding
- Support with brand planning and implementation for digitalfarm and its digital assets – website, social channels, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as influencer wing Farm X) to conceptualize and define creative campaigns that can be included within the influencer proposals by the Influencer manager
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Working closely with the CEO, Sales and Product Manager to roadmap the strategic vision and growth
- Assist the Product Management team to define marketing materials and programs as they relate to products and services
- Continuously analyze and be abreast of regional developments, competitive environment and consumer trends
Essential Capabilities/Skills
- Proven ability to create and deliver high standard presentations
- Background working within social media industry
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, features, trends and formats
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various departments of the agency
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple projects and teams
- Creative and collaborative by nature, with the ability to work on tasks independently
- Good knowledge of government entities and the business ecosystem within Abu Dhabi/ UAE
Applicants must be Abu Dhabi-based.
Social media and agency experience is a big plus.
